Mayor Makes Proclamation for Girl Scout Week On March 17th Mayor April gathered with East Haven’s Girl Scout Troops and their families in the main atrium of town hall. The Mayor presented the assembled Girl Scout trops with a proclamation for Girl Scout Week. After the presentation the Girl Scouts toured the Mayor’s offices.
