RE: East Haven 75+ COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Please read this important message from Mayor Joseph A. Carfora regarding the department of public health’s phase 1b COVID-19 Vaccine
Designation of vaccine priorities are identified by the State of Connecticut who has identified those 75 and older as the current priority.
If you are 75 or older, you qualify for Phase 1b vaccinations.

Given the currently scarce supply of vaccine, it will take time for all individuals in Phase 1b to receive the vaccine. The Town of East Haven will be holding vaccine clinics on Friday’s from 9am to 1pm at the East Haven Senior Center located at 91 Taylor Ave. Those who are eligible to receive the vaccine MUST be registered in VAMS (Vaccine Administration Management System) Walk-Ins will NOT be allowed. To register for your vaccine you must go on the Department of Public Health website. To do so, please visit www.townofeasthavenct.org We have added a quick link on our town website that states, “Register for COVID 19 Vaccine” that will bring you directly to the registration website.
Once you complete this process you will receive an automated email with further instructions.

Residents who need assistance with the registration process, we have created a special line to provide support. Call 203-468-3191 for support with the registration process.
Please be sure to speak with your health care provider about their recommendations for receiving the vaccine. We ask everyone to be patient as we work together to get everyone vaccinated against COVID-19.
