NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

TO RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF THE TOWN OF EAST HAVEN AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES:

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Mario Giaimo Conference Room, Town Hall, 250 Main Street, East Haven, for the following purposes:

To discuss the status of the pending litigation in One Barberry Real Estate Holding, LLC, et al. v. Zoning Board of Appeals of Town of East Haven (Docket No. HHD-CV19-6110186-S), and possible action relating to same. 

To consider whether to convene in executive session to discuss the status of pending litigation in One Barberry Real Estate Holding, LLC, et al. v. Zoning Board of Appeals of Town of East Haven (Docket No. HHD-CV19-6110186-S).
