Election Day 2020

Election 2020 Information:

Whether voting by absentee ballot or in person on Tuesday, November 3, East Haven Registrar of Voters, Mayor Carfora and election officials want to reassure residents that processes and people are in place to ensure a safe and fair election.

The Town's Registrars and Town Clerk’s office are working closely together navigating the election process this year. Our Town Clerk, Stacy Gravino and her office are more involved in the election process than ever due to the overwhelming number of absentee ballots.

Voting at the Polls

On Tuesday, Nov. 3, East Haven’s seven polling sites will be operating from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. COVID-19 safety and social distancing protocols will be in place at all voting locations.

When you arrive at your polling location, the voting lines will be split into two lines, street names A thru M will be in one line and street names N thru Z will be in another. Election personnel will be stationed outside the doors to help you. If you have a question regarding where you are to go to cast your ballot, please check the Town website (link is below) or contact the Registrar’s office at 203-468-3320.
